Principal's Message

Mrs. Garcia

In 1980,  my first teaching job was here at Saint Elizabeth as a 2nd-grade teacher.  I spent the next 37 years in education at Schallert Elementary school where I worked as a first-grade teacher and kindergarten teacher for 14 years.  I received my Masters's degree in reading and worked as a reading specialist for several years and finally as a principal for 7 more years.  After a career of 37 years in public schools, my journey has brought me full circle.  It is an honor to again be a part of the distinguished Saint Elizabeth School.  Our close-knit community allows us to provide our students with an intimate opportunity to grow spiritually, academically, physically, and emotionally.

If you would like to see the wonderful things happening at Saint Elizabeth School for yourself, please give us a call at (361) 664-6271.  We would love the opportunity to share how we are furthering our school's longstanding tradition of excellence.
